On most boats they come out of your APA at cost, with receipts. On the all-inclusive catamarans they are already in the price.
All-inclusive here usually covers three meals, a standard bar, fuel for normal cruising and the mooring fees, and leaves out premium spirits, dining ashore and the marine park charges.
Tell us which you would rather have. A group that eats ashore half the week is often better off on an APA boat, and a group that wants no accounting at all is better off all-inclusive.
