Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like TRANQUILITY, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($11,250 - $18,000), making the charter cost $56,250 to $63,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain Robert White
Rob''s passion for the ocean began at a young age, with memories dating back to his earliest years. Watching nature documentaries and TV shows about the ocean's mysterious inhabitants fueled his fascination. What started as simply playing in the waves at the beach soon blossomed into a love for surfing, diving, snorkeling, and sailing before he even reached his teenage years.
His first job as a lifeguard eventually led him to a sales position at a scuba dive shop, where his expertise quickly earned him a role as a guide for tourists and students. By the age of 24, he had established his own charter and retail business in Hawaii, propelling him to become one of the world's top destinations as featured in various prestigious publications and media outlets for over 25 years.
Driven by a thirst for adventure, travel, and knowledge, he decided to become a yacht captain. The journey has taken him from the west coast of the USA and Mexico to the east coast of the USA and the Caribbean and beyond, embracing different cultures, overcoming various challenges, and cherishing every learning experience across the world's seas and oceans.
Chef/Stewardess Dana Mutz
Dana was born and raised in New Jersey. After completing her childhood schooling she went into the United States Marine Corps where she served during Desert Storm and Desert Shield before settling down to start a family. After raising her 3 children she decided to try out another "service," the yachting industry. Her love for the ocean and the great outdoors combined with her passion for making people happy through cooking and baking made her the ideal candidate to join the yachting industry. Her ever-present smile and "can-do" attitude is the first thing you will notice about Dana when you meet her!
Stewardess/Deckhand Erin Nolte
In 2017, Erin transitioned into the yachting industry to pursue a lifelong passion for being on the water. Prior to joining the maritime sector, she accumulated 18 years of sailing experience on the west coast of California and participated in numerous regattas. Although successful in owning a medical billing company in California, Erin ultimately chose to prioritize her love for the ocean. Her interests include fishing, sailing, snorkeling, and admiring sunsets from aft decks. Erin particularly enjoy engaging with guests and organizing extraordinary excursions.
